Please explain me what are the most relevant matters when deciding the shipping duration in detail.I mean that, even a tiny mistake which can happens when assuming the delivery date.

A bit confusing... are you asking what qualifiers to look for with a listing/seller when purchasing an item?

Shipping duration is like this for USPS

Priority- 2 to 3 days (per USPS) but can take up to 1 week.

1st Class Packages 2-7 days (per USPS) but can deliver in 2 days and can take 2 weeks.

Handling time that you set in your listings can help 'push' the date out that ebay shows- but know that ebay ignores that 'handling time' ( I have 5 business days handling yet it will show my item to get to you in 2-4 days).

I wouldn't worry about it too much as you have no control over eBay's system or any of the Carriers 'true' delivery time (all are just 'estimates').

Just be sure to have your item 'scanned in by the carrier' by the 'handling time' you state/show.

The OP is in Sri Lanka, so until the package hits the USA, any shipping questions would have to be answered by their countries postal system.

"Shipping duration" will depend upon which carrier in Sri Lanka you use (and that, in turn, can depend upon your buyers' preferences and how much the buyers are willing to pay for shipping), what sort of envelope or parcel it is that is being shipped, where you are shipping to, import and customs regulations tht may come into play, and so on.

In short, you have asked a question that only you can answer.
