Shipping rates

Is anybody else having problems with printing 1st class postage for an item between 13-16oz. It used to go 1st class and all of a sudden it can only go priority mail. Nice of Ebay to notify people about this. Really messes me up.

It still goes first class.  eBay's software may just be having a problem after the update.  Try using the PayPal postage as an alternative.

Thanks. When I called ebay about, they had no clue what I was talking about. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Yes ... the Far East customer service center is among the worst I've encountered.  I've been misled a couple of times.

As to your problem, another seller said that the problem may be with the mobile app.  Try purchasing the postage via a PC.

I just tried to print a 15 oz label on an old package and I got the drop down menu with the ounces to 16 ounces and it figured the postage properly..... Am on a desktop.  Did not actually buy/print the label.
