Shipping question and fees

When printing shipping labels through ebay, where is this money taken out of. I have printed about $200 worth of labels in the last week but don't see it in any of my accounts.

I have my labels charged to my PayPal account.  You might want to look there even if you are actively enrolled in mangled payments.

The money is taken from the place you tell eBay to take it from. 

If you are in managed payments, each time you buy a label there is a spot near the bottom of the page where eBay asks you how you want to pay for the label. eBay "remembers" your most recent choice, and defaults to it the next time.

By default it usually come out of you PayPal account. When moved into managed payments there is a 2nd option to have the cost deducted from your  pending payouts. When PayPal is the funding source the purchase of the label will show up there. If you select to have the cost come out of your available / pending funds then the record is on eBay under the payouts tab in the seller hub under recent transactions.

there are two options paypal or managed payments - once you elect one that option will remain as default, you can change it anytime for any label you print.
