Shipping label not showing WHY!!!

They say it is my computer even if ebay site can't even show the label. Tried even with internet explore, and still the same problem. They even blame it on my printer, now how can my printer be the problem. After all it not in the screen to print, so why are they blaming the print.

Since there aren't a thousand people complaining about it on the boards today, the most likely explanation IS some problem at your end.  Are you blocking popups?  Have you tweaked your antivirus software lately?  Is there perhaps a window from java or acrobat popping up behind the browser?

What happens if you "open the label window" or try to reprint?
