Shipping and Return Tabs gone from description

Am I totally late in the game to just notice this right now? It's pretty pointless now to just have one tab (about this item), why even be a tab at all? I don't like the new area that shows the combined shipping discounts in a smaller font. I've been getting an increase of buyers asking about combined item shipping and I wonder if this is why.

@iamalwaysright  On mine the shipping info has been transferred up into the listing itself.

I saw this on a few listing over the past week or so. Today most of the listings I looked at had this layout.

Most of the time I click on the "see details" rather than the actual shipping tab so not much of an adjustment. I like that when you exit the pop-up you are right on the listing page, you can use the "x" or just click anywhere outside the pop-up.

Yep, it's gone and when I call Philippines customer service, they are clueless as usual!
