I can only print to my regular printer. It will not print proper on my rollo thermal printer. I've had to ask for a refund of postage and ship via paypal.shipstation
I hope they can get this fixed soon. Never had any issues until this past week.
I have had a formatting problem printing labels on both eBay and Etsy. Both are "powered" by Pitney Bowes. I wonder if that's the source of the problem. I have been able to work around it by doing a direct screen grab, saving to and printing the labels from Pages for Mac.
The post office has just told me the postage I am printing from paypal through ebay haven't been scanning for the last 2 weeks. They said the label bars are too wide and the P.O. has to input the tracking numbers by hand.. Also there is no P for postage. It looks like it may be a hack. Has anyone else had this problem recently?
