Shipping Labels

I still cannot print a shipping label, Anyone else still having the same problem??

Yes, started this morning.  I get the error page seen below.  But following some advice on the technical forum I was able to open the correct page by opening the print label page in the "incognito" mode.

I have not had any issues.  I use firefox.  I would possibly suggest cleaning the cache?  That seems to help me whenever I have issues

I used Incognito mode just now and it works great.  Ebay can be such a PIA at times.

Unable to print label on my first order.   Second order worked fine and I was able to print the label.  Went back to the first order and received the "Something went wrong message" again.

That worked for me, I had no issues yesterday but had the error page this morning.

The work around that I have found is to click select all orders and then click on shipping and choose  purchase shipping  labels from the drop down as you are going to print in bulk labels (which we do not do) unclick the one order you are working on and at the top remove other orders and it will allow you to print labels.

I got hit this morning after seeing all the reports this week and thinking I was lucky, NOPE. Still getting hit with the other glitches when loading pages.

It just charged me for 4 labels and then they didn't print, and they aren't showing up on our "Shipping Labels" page. I see the charge on our payout page, but I can't reprint them or void them. This is very frustrating.

I was able to purchase a shipping label but when it popped up the format was completely wrong and I was unable to use my thermal printer. I kept getting the error page when I tried to reprint the label. I couldn't even adjust the label in Adobe so I had to void the initial label and buy another one using a QR instead which I now have to take to the Post office and let them print it off. I called CS and they said they're aware of the issues. I think they need to communicate with sellers about the multiple issues to avoid the extra frustration and time it takes to call them. I hope they get it figured out because it's getting to be super annoying having to work around all of it.

top right corner of your computer screen, click the 3 little dots, then choose new in private window, once you do this, you will be able to print your labels.   not sure why this is necessary, but it works.

Incognito didn't work for me, just spun wheels ...
