Has anyone been experiencing issues printing labels today? We use a Rollo printer and up until today we have had no issues. Our labels are pulling up like they're on a full sheet and the actual print area is only on half of the label, so when we print it prints in tiny font. I've tried it on 3 computers and the format is still the same. Paper size is 100mm x 150mm, which is correct for the Rollo label.

Geez, hun I have no idea about a Rollo printer but if you Google troubleshooting problems yours does come up. It did say that Rollo prints exactly what you see on screen. Did you print off samples and are you dimensions correct?

We've printed hundreds of labels and they have always been correct, it was just everything yesterday that was formatted wrong. The dims are correct, this is just a screwy one that I just can't seem to figure out.

I use a Rollo and have not experienced this issue (yet)

Have you tried removing the printer and reinstalling the drivers from the Rollo website?

Did you get this resolved? If not did you recheck the ebay label format selected?

Not today...

But I've been through the wringer with the printer issues before...
More than once...
I dare say more than a few times even...

Fortunately they happen few and far in between...

Unfortunately too, because I can never remember what we did the last time that fixed it.

Actually, it just stopped with the funky layout and went back to normal, I didn't do anything differently. Just going to have to list that as an X-File.
