Is anyone else having issues with ebay printed labels putting my "ship from" address on the label in place of my "return address"? I ship from a different zip code than I live in so need to calculate shipping from the "ship from" address but if an items needs to be returned, the PO will look at the return address on the label and send it back to that PO. I've been using ebay shipping labels for years and never had this problem, until a few weeks ago, the same day the new rates went into effect. I've gone in to "my addresses" repeatedly and check to see those are right, they are, but the labels still print wrong. Anyone else seeing this?

when I select a different "ship from" there is a box to be check marked that ship from and return are different. that box should stay check marked, but if for some reason it is not then the ship from will show as the return
you can check by doing "purchase another label"
click the edit for shipping
look to see if the box is check marked
if not, add the check mark, and back out without printing a label
attempt the same purchase label action again to see if the check mark sticks.

This might be a bit of a long-shot, but you can store multiple Ship-From and Return locations. Is it possible that at the time you are printing your latest label, you have the wrong Return location selected? (i.e. on the label form, not in the stored addresses page)

Depending upon which direction I am headed, I have multiple "ship from" Zips
Clicking on the "address settings" leads to the page to add/remove/edit "ship from"

I think you are on to something. When I buy/print labels one at a time I see the screen with the check box like you describe and I get the correct ship from and return address. But, when I use the bulk label purchase/print program, that screen with the 2 drop downs does not have the check box for " shipping address is different from return address." So without that check box I cannot get the 2 addresses to show correctly on the label. I think within the last few weeks. some how the program has changed and is not quite right, Next time you are printing multiple labels check it out.

This is exactly what I'm experiencing too. Everything prints just fine without making any changes when I buy labels one by one. But, when I try to purchase in bulk, there's nothing I can do to make the correct return address appear -- even after verifying everything before purchase. I've voided several labels and sent feedback on the purchasing screen, but this doesn't seem to have made it onto the technical issues list yet.
