Ah, ok. It would make sense for eBay to notify the big sellers so they can raise their prices to make buyers think they are getting a discount...

Good thing is, the way I read it you can load the cart with smalls(small cost) to get to the $25. Just note, it is a ONE TIME USE coupon. Got to do it all in one purchase.
The boards will light up later with those grousing about not being able to use it more than once, and those unable to apply it hours after they made the buy:) And lets get ready for the ones that whine because the seller will not cancel their order so that they can purchase again using the coupon

Don't think so... The link quoted above (or here) explains that it's a keyword discount, not an offer that you need to opt-in for. Just plug in "PICKSOON" in the checkout discount field and that should work for you... today only... once... before 6:00p.m. Pacific time... if you're left-handed... boxers, not briefs...
