A buyer placed an order.
I printed the shipping label right away, as I do.
She wrote saying she didn't think I would ship it so fast, she changed her mind, when it arrives she will send it back.
I said I haven't sent it, please cancel the order so she can get a refund.
She hasn't cancelled the order.
What should I do? I know I can get a refund for the postage I bought but unless she cancels I'm obligated to send it, right?
I really don't want to ship this breakable item to her knowing she intends to send it back to me.

Cancel using "buyer requested" as the reason.
You have the messages to back up that action.

Buyer can't cancel the order, they can only ask you to cancel it.
Void the shipping label then cancel the order as buyer requested.
