Wanting to hear what the community has to say about this new service metric eBay has going ? And how are you paying the 4% extortion fee as I call it ?

That is not how the Service Metrics works.  It is per category.  You sell in two categories.  One is Ebay motors and the other is Toys and Hobby.  So if you are experiencing the penalty fee in Ebay motors, you won't be in the Toys and Hobby unless you have a high rate of returns in that category too.

On your Seller Hub under the performance tab you can look at your categories in the Service Metrics.
