Ok , so I just got off the phone with a very helpful CS agent in the ebay Appeals Dept. She explained in detail to me what issues actually count towards our being put into the higher FVF categories and it is good news you will want to hear. I verified her explanation and it is correct.
So, many of us having been stressing over the 6 Return categories and THE LARGE PECENTAGE GRAPH...well sellers all is not as it appears. IGNORE the Percentage number on the graph. The ONLY category of the 6 return categories (Not Working ,Missing Parts,Wrong Item Sent, Not Authentic, Arrived damaged, Not as Described) that will affect your being put into the higher FVF category is ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Even though beside the graph there is a Total Number that lumps ALL 6 categories into Returns Item Not As Described category IGNORE THAT TOTAL NUMBER. ONLY the items ACTUALLY marked by buyers as Item Not as Decribed will affect you.
I verifed this. What you look at is the actual DOWNLOAD REPORT Icon at the bottom. I checked mine and sure enough 4 of my 6 returns had #### through them. Your Download report is only available AT THE END of the 90 day cycle.
