Sent messages not showing in outbox?

Hello

ive been trying to reply to messages from an buyer in ebay that has purchased a few items off of me but when I reply to their messages it says it’s been sent but doesn’t show up in the outbox folder?

Is anyone else having the same problem trying to send or reply to messages?

Have you heard back from the person/buyer?

Perhaps the message was 'sent', but didn't 'go out'.

ebay has this thing nowadays about messaging and off-site sales.

I sent an offer in response to a question and it's not showing in the sent messages, but I think it's shown somewhere........just can't remember where right now.

I have t heard back off of the buyer and the last message I received was in regards to the buyer making arrangements in regards to collecting the item they purchased as it was collection only due to the size of the item.

Offers to buyers don't show up in messages. You can check by going to the item in question and selecting 'review all offers'

Why would it show up in the outbox folder?

Sent emails go to the sent folder at https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/1.

My mistake. I meant to say the sent folder and it still isn’t in the sent folder?
