Sent buyer return label but they only have a phone?!?!

Not sure what to do now.  

sent buyer a .jpg return label but she informed me that she only has a phone.  no computer or printer. 

she says she could maybe go to the UPS store

but it is a USPS label

will they print it for her there?

this is a new one for me...

@2010byandsel100 So I use a 4x6 label maker and eBay labels do not come in that format.  I have a printer too but don't want to print out and tape it to the package.  So I just take in the QR Code they provide and let my post office print off the label.  Super simple.  No printer?  Only have a phone?  No problem.  They can do this without any effort
