@dmfsparkles

Is the customer requesting additional photos? Why not just revise your listing and add the photos there? You get 24 frames for pictures.

Re: Sending pictures of package to customer.

Are you talking about sending the customer a picture of the package you are sending after they bought something?

You can do that.

Go to the item in question.

Use the drop down menu.

Go to "Contect buyer".

You can send a message and attach photos.

Re: Sending pictures of package to customer.

Perhaps you believe that sending a picture is a way of protecting yourself if the buyer opens an item not as described case or an item not received case.

It isn't.

Re: Sending pictures of package to customer.

I can't imagine why a photo can't be attached to a message, but personally, I don't understand doing this.   As a buyer, I don't wish to get messages about a purchase.  Unless these an issue with a missing package, it seems like a way to annoy a buyer more than help.

Re: Sending pictures of package to customer.

Especial when a large % of ebay members (Buyers and sellers)  don't bother to ever check

their messages.

And more than a few ebay buyers have no idea that ebay messages are even a thing.
