Sending offers

Can someone tell me why when I try sending offers to buyers watching my listings, the offer is sent to me instead of the person watching the listing? It doesn't make sense, and it all started about 1 week ago, is this a glitch from Ebay? Its becoming annoying... Please advise.

Are you sure it isn't just a copy of the message that is sent to you?

There are glitches with offers, but not like this that i know of.

There is a glitch when something goes wrong, offer window does not load, does not let to send offers because there are no one to send it (lets click send offer) and likely some others.
