Sending a buyer an invoice to purchase at agreed upon price?

I have negotiated a selling price with a buyer, ho do I create an invoice to send to them at that price?

You can not.

What you can do is to lower/raise the price to the agreed amount, and the buyer can purchase the item at the agreed upon price.

Or you can add "make offer to the listing", but best is to adjust to the agreed price.

Once the buyer has actually purchased the item at the agreed upon price only then you can send an invoice.

I would revise the listing to the price you want and check off immediate payment required.  Sending an invoice is rarely needed or a good idea.
