Not sure if anyone knows this answer, but if someone just bought your item are they take off the offer list? What I worry about is sending out offers to a buyer that just purchased an item, showing them a further discount. This might upset them. I've been excluding items that recently had purchases, because I didn't want to cause issues with a person who just bought something.
Is Ebay's system sophisticated enough to know that they purchased from you and to not send an offer to them? I think I might have just answered my own question. Just curious if anyone knows for sure? For now, I will continue to not send offers out on items I just sold.
