So up until this weekend, I had issues with invoicing 40+ items. I could send an invoice for 40 things, but any attempts to send additional invoices resulted in the same invoice for 40 things being sent. I coped with this by having the buyer pay the invoice, and then I'd send the second one.

Last week it told me it was combining 40 things, and it only combined 30. He paid, and then I sent the second invoice for 20 things, which he paid promptly.

Today it's a disaster and I want an answer from eBay about why this isn't being fixed... I selected invoice to combine the first 40 things, it showed me a list of 40 things, then it tells me the invoice is sent to the buyer. I go into my eBay and look. It combined TWO things, yes you read that right, and the other 38 things showed up as single items to be paid one at a time. The total value of the two things is $4.16. So I'm paying 30 cents every time a stupid invoice is being paid because Paypal charges a usage fee.

Why isn't eBay fixing this? Do they not want people to sell lots of things to the same customer or what? This has been going on since December, and it's happening on the Canadian and US sites, it's also been happening since they decided to make pretty websites showing me pictures of everything I'm invoicing on instead of the list with the check boxes for me to remove anything that shouldn't be invoiced. Once again they try to improve something and make sellers miserable.

@sin-n-dex - Thank you for the tag. I am sorry to hear you're having these problems with invoicing. Can you send us some screenshots of what you're experiencing, so we can look into this further.

It's difficult to send screenshots. I'm telling you there are 40 items on the list to be invoiced, and when the invoice happens, it does not look the same way in my eBay, there are items missing from the invoice, or last time it made up two invoices instead of one. One time it only combined two items.

If you can accept PDFs I will turn the pages into a PDF to show what it looks like before and after... but you will need to wait until next Sunday. My buyer has paid, all the invoices have been sent (which had to be sent one at a time, and there were three instead of two, for 78 items).

I have auctions running, he will win another 40+ items next Sunday. I will save the pages as I invoice and show my eBay after the fact so you can see what I'm talking about.
