Send Offers and Sent Offers are missing

Did anybody else notice that the Send Offers and Sent Offers buttons are missing on the active listings page? I can send offers if I click on a link that I saved but I can't get to offers that were sent because the button is missing. 

Unfortunately, I won't know which items have expired on the offer so I won't be able to go change my Shipping Policies on those items unless eBay gets it together and puts the button back.

Button still shows for me when I checked.

Are you by any chance considered "below standard" on your dashboard? I have read in here that the send offers goes away if you're below standard.

Send offers is under the SELL IT FASTER tab. In order to see it you need to check off the edit box next to the listing you want to send offers. You can do the same way clicking the ACTION tab. Also in your seller hub overview in the tasks box there’s a place to send offers to interested buyers. 
To see sent offers you need to click the drop down menu of the item to view offers sent.
