Please I need help, I am a new seller. One of my buyers gave me a negative response saying that the sari I was selling was not silk but synthetic fibers. I do not know what to do now. Could this negative feedback cause my account to be suspended ?

That's not that unusual for sari sales - one chooses the fabric and then the sari is made up for them.
Also, as for 'labeling' - there generally is no labeling, if the OP is selling her saris as I'm accustomed to seeing them sold traditionally.
The only thing to be ascertained is material, and it's important to verify from the source that it is, indeed, 100% silk. Sari silk actually can feel like an artificial fiber because its heft and crispness can be deceiving, but once it's worn and washed a little, it becomes more silk-like.
These are all observations from my selling traditional subcontinental clothing for a long time, and also talking with sari makers.

No, it just looks bad but won’t get you in trouble.
How familiar are you with fabrics? Are you SURE it was silk or did you guess?

Let me compliment you on selling local items though - VERY GOOD.
But don’t throw around words unless you KNOW.
Is your other ethnic dress really cotton? 100%?
You could also explain to your buyer you were new. They might revise the feedback if you refund and send a request.
Someone here can explain how to do that.

Sorry this was your experience. Try to find out what they are made from (tags, your vendor) and then on your next similar listing post "it's silk-like with man made fibers" I think more people will appreciate it if you're honest about the fabric. I'm not saying you were in the past, chances are you may not have even known. Good idea for all the fabrics and clothing items your selling too. You won't get suspended. You just need to pay a little more attention to your shop, the items you're selling and be more detailed in the description. I still think your shop is lovely by the way. All the best.

Let me add two things.
First, you have a title with the word Luxury in it twice. Remove one.
Second, you cannot have three auctions for coconut bowls. It's not allowed. One has two watchers, pull the other two. You can list fixed price (buy it now) as multiple items or you can one of one type and quantity and item for sale as an auction. Get rid of the other two before someone complains to eBay.
Other than that, you are doing great!!!

Where are you sourcing your sari's? Alibaba has a couple of thousand sari products. Alibaba is in China, the Counterfeit Capital of the World. Are your sari's made in Sri Lanka from silk fabric from Sri Lanka or made in China?
Does the label say 100% silk? Then you can reply to the feedback and defend your product.
If there's no label you might confuse satin for silk.

Reread your listing for the coconut shell bowls..........title says 10, description says 20........
also, you need a picture with the number you are selling in that listing...........not the hundreds that are shown now. You need a reference in the picture to show how big they are.......a ruler/coke can.........something that people can identify the size for comparison.

Why do some of your images say free shipping, when the listing doesn't offer free shipping?

Just be careful in the future - a ''silk like'' material is not silk and should not be described as such...........

It's possible that they have changed something since you posted but right now I see one auction for 5, 1 for 10 and 1 for 20. I'm sure that is allowed as they are for different quantities.

I did not guess. That's what the seller who bought it told me.

EBay does not use feedback to assess member accounts.
This is because so few members leave feedback, less than 40 % and dropping.
Feedback is a legacy of the 20th century internet when only a few daring early adopters were using the web for buying and selling and it felt scary instead of how we buy socks.
However.
An 80% FB rating will be seen by your future buyers and they will be reluctant to buy from you.
I would suggest that you retire this poisoned account and open a new one. You will need a new email address but you should not have to change your payment service.
Remove all your listings from this account and post them to the new one.
Do some buying of inexpensive items to build feedback, then sell on the new "clean" account and use this one for personal buying.
After a year the negative will drop off and you will have two accounts you can use for selling.
Looking at the black dress-- XL is meaningless - have you seen the size we Westerners get? You need bust, waist, hip, and length. Since you are selling to the USA, those should be in inches, but if you are also selling to the rest of the world use metric.
