How can I increase first items ?

First, read all the information below to determine if you can sell here at all, or if there are things you must do first in order to sell on eBay:

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, it appears that people in Sri Lanka need to register as a business first, in order to be able to receive payments in foreign currency, to their BFCA (Business Foreign Currency Account). Here's a link to their website, then click on CAN YOU ACCEPT FOREIGN CURRENCY AS EARNINGS FROM YOUR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN SRI LANKA?

Then, you need to register for eBay managed payments, and you will need to have (or create) a Payoneer account when you do that. Your bank account, Payoneer account and eBay account all need to match, so if your bank account is a business account, your Payoneer and eBay accounts have to be business accounts too, and your name and address have to be spelled exactly the same.  Payoneer will verify your identification documents, which may take a few days, or a few weeks.

For sellers in Sri Lanka, Managed Payments will be able to deposit your payments into your Payoneer account. Here's more information about managed payments for sellers outside the USA. There are other links on the export.ebay.com website that have a lot of information that should be helpful for you.

As anew seller limits are placed, you could try the Chat on eBay - https://www.ebay.com/help/home

and request higher limits

I think you are asking about increasing your selling limit.

I recommended you to write a mail to eBay support regarding this problem. They will ask some questions on you. Just answer them correctly and they will increase your selling limit.

You buy more. That will increase them.

Join ebay U.K..   Americans just aren't going to buy anything from Sri Lankaland that they can get from ebay USA faster.

Once you start selling, they will start increasing your limits.
