Selling tool not working - TOP LEVEL FRUSTRATION!!

I haven't listed any items for quite a while until tonight....after ATTEMPTING to list repeatedly get that error message, "Oops! Well, this is embarassing....." bullSh*t.  I have now wasted over 3 hours doing CIRCLES with this STUPID site.  Just when I get everything filled out, either the photos won't load (circles), or the screen starts to jump and wiggle then freeze.  eBay needs to find some technicians who KNOW what the hell they are doing and FIX this uselessness.   (...venting...angry...tired...)

It finally "listed" my item but INCORRECTLY!  I click to REVISE, fix it, try to Re-post it ....and I keep getting a message, "You can't change this listing to a Buy it Now format."   ***I DON'T WANT TO!!!  I have it checked for Auction!  With nothing else checked! STUPID!

So frustrating.... But this is ebay's new and proved listing tool.  It's based on better coding lol. It's been around in beta for 18 months but so far in the past week as it was rolled out, it is driving everyone crazy with glitches and poor design. All the functions that we use every day are hidden in drop-down boxes that you need to toggle a checkbox in a different box to unlock.... It's more like a puzzle than a listing tool... And that is even if it partially works.

What did you do to get the error page to stop coming up? Three years later and this is still not fixed apparently. I can't list anything at all...this site gets worse each and every single time I come back to it. Did they sell to a competitor who is now trying to destroy the entire platform intentionally??
