Buyer has contacted me (the seller) with a message saying she never
received the item. I looked up the tracking number which states item was
delivered on to her porch. She says she was home all day, no delivery.

When eBay creates shipping labels for buyers, the address on record is
what is on the label. If a buyer sends the seller a message to send the
item to a different address, and the seller doesn’t see that message
before mailing out item, who’s wrong?
I haven't listed any items for quite a while until tonight....after

It finally "listed" my item but INCORRECTLY! I click to REVISE, fix it,
try to Re-post it ....and I keep getting a message, "You can't change
this listing to a Buy it Now format." ***I DON'T WANT TO!!! I have it
