Selling to USA only but have foreign bids

Hi - I am having an issue with a listing with USA shipping only. I keep getting Vietnam & Chinese bids. Do they really think I have 7 million dollars to ship something to them when I am charging 10.00 shipping? I have it clearly marked as USA shipping only. I even added a subtitle saying USA shipping only.  Ebay keeps up with whatever makes them money. Can't they somehow block these unwanted bids?

this does not work if the foreign buyer has an address in the USA. The biggest problem i have is that the  u.s.a. address  that wont sign for a package.  I do only ship within the usa but this does not prevent a person overseas from buying and we have to pay higher fees in managed payment.  The overseas shipping  is ripe for fraud on the part of the buyer because it takes so long and in most cases there is no real tracking.

AMEND YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES SELECT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BLOCK CHINA, VIETNAM ETC, ANYONE ON EBAY SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THIS RATHER THAN BLOCKING EACH ID AND CANCELING BIDS.

I can't see your listings (in Australia) so maybe the bidders are using a US address (FF or friend or something)

I've sold collectibles to sellers in China on many occasions and never had an issue.

Hi - Thanks, but the shipping is too high for the stuff I sell. Years ago I sold a sword & I think it went to Norway. I had no problems then thankfully. However, for me at least, postal rates & mean people on the rise prevents me at present from shipping abroad. My ancestors are from Scandinavia. Cool area, literally & figuratively.

I have a higher rate for shipping outside the US. Many foreign buyers are aware of this and don’t have a problem. 
I have never had a problem with shipping outside the US. Also because of the higher shipping fees  many foreign will place larger orders. I get many hundred dollar plus foreign orders.
