Hey, everyone.
I just sold a really expensive camera lens to someone from Guam because they won my auction. They have 530 positive feedback and seem like a good buyer, but when I went to print their label, I could not find the address. Is this normal? Should I be concerned about this? I have been burned shipping things outside of the country before and I couldn't afford to take this big of a loss if it gets lost or stolen. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do?

You can cancel stating problem with buyers address and block them from making any more purchases.

Why are you looking for the address on Google?
I presume your are shipping via USPS, when you tried to buy the label did USPS report it as an invalid address?

Guam is not technically outside the US as it is a US territory. You can ship it USPS with tracking, and remember to get a delivery signature. And remember that there are over 20,000 US military and their families on Guam.

Guam is NOT "outside of the country" -- it has been part of the United States since 1899.
You can ship USPS Priority, with limited insurance.

Ask the buyer to confirm the shipping address! Since its a US territory, its just like shipping domestically except that everything is at a Priority Mail service level for things shipped via the USPS. I have never had any issues shipping to Guam! Great & friendly customers!!!
Good luck!

Stuff to the territories usually go to a PO box or locker. Don't worry about it off you can't find the address on maps. If it bounces back as undeliverable. Just refund them the total minus shipping.

If the total price of the item (including shipping/taxes) is $750 or more, you must include signature confirmation.

Most likely its for some one in the Military. I have not had a single issue selling to people in the Arm Forces. If you are a veteran or some one in the military. THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR SERVICE.
