Does ending a buy it now item with no offers on it hurt your seller ranking, or does that only apply to auctions? Also, does modifying a buy it now item that has been listed affect your seller ranking/placement in the algorithm? Thanks.

I find items that I have sold still in my active listings and have to go back and remove them myself. Is this normal?
