We started an eBay account about six weeks ago to sell some items we had or picked up.
We had some great success right away but never came close to hitting the initial limits.
About 3 weeks into it i encountered an error trying to post a new auction (see the top part of attached image).
Working through the issue i got on the phone with a rep from eBay who said it was a glitch and happens occassionally. She did something on her end and the issue went away.
Monday the issue reoccurred.
I spoke to someone Mon, Tues, Wed and Today (Thu).
Each time they indicate they were escalating the issue and i would receive a call back the next day.
I never received a call back.
Today the rep said its a glitch, there is no work around and they do not know when they will resolve the issue.
To me that sounded like "your account no longer works".
I cant post new auctions, repost expired auctions...nothing.
Anyone else have this happen and/or have a solution?

As a new seller you will have restrictions and you have listed some very HV items already which would be causing the warning.
Also be very careful lisitng such items as a new seller you are a scammer magnet.

What is your monthly dollar value listing limit?

Make sure your account is verified

There are 2 different selling limits. The dollar selling limit is one. The other selling limit is the number of items. Apparantly your selling limit for number of items you can sell is 35. Btw, that counts relisted items each month too. If you want to increase your selling limit, click that link.

The screenshot says you listed 35 out of a 3500 monthly limit. If this is a glitch then it looks like someone put the decimal in the wrong place.

@tr-884394, those selling limits are surprisingly high for a new sellers. More commonly a new seller's selling limits will be in double or triple digits, not in the thousands.
I see that your first feedback received was for an item sold in mid-July, about 6-7 weeks ago. Almost all of your items are in one major category, so you have probably hit your category limits. These are separate from selling limits, and as far as I know, are not listed anywhere, so you only know what they are once you reach them. That is consistent with the message you receive, so it doesn't suggest that this is any kind of a glitch. Just the category limits working as intended, to make sure that you haven't bitten off more than you can chew before you have had time to show that you can manage this much business.

A new seller with pricey items will have to develop a track record before being allowed to list much more. You have one item that is over 14K and a couple close to 10K. EBay's policies are designed to protect buyers, sellers and themselves from being scammed. You should be thankful they are looking out for you. New sellers with expensive items are targets for scammers.

an update:
(this is inline with the info @toysaver & @lacemaker3 provided)
A couple days after posting this my account was placed on "restriction".
All my auctions were removed (including an item with 2 bids at $22k).
::::::::::::Paraphrasing::::::::::::
MC011: restriction.
To resolve upload all your tracking info.
I could understand this request if i bought my own mailing labels.
Of the 30 or so items i have sold in the past 6 weeks...30 used eBay purchased mailing labels (dont get me wrong, i tried to shipping cheaper)
