Is there anything else we could add to our store to get more sales, thought about adding T shirts that say something about crafters or crocheting or knitting. Any thing else?

"My Grandma Knitted me this sweater. I don't even know what 'knitted' means?"

Hooks and yarn bowls, especially by Furls, Clover, and Tulip. You could also add hook/needle carrying cases and holders. I've done very well over the years with Furls hooks and bowls.
Handmade goods don't typically do as well here on ebay as they do on etsy, so you might consider cross listing if you aren't already doing so.

I don't know if there would be a very strong demand for those types of T-Shirts, so if you do it, I wouldn't invest to heavily in it, tarotfindsandmore seems to have some great suggestions for you.

Anything you create which sells will be knocked off by other unless you have copyright or trademark protection and can afford to enforce your intellectual property rights.
As well as many people who have the ability to screen t-shirts there are many services which will print from an image file and drop ship for their clients.
All too many artisans and craftsmen who sell on the internet are caught in a dilemma. There designs which are ordinary and typical of their craft are affected by competition who are willing to give their time away. Unique or novel designs if they appear to be successful are duplicated by others.

Don't let these people scrutinize you. I just put up a post you should read. It will tell you why your sales are going bad. Your newer, it takes a bit of time, so you probably just got stuck in the Beta Testing loop, once you get to be a really good seller, they snatch you up and never let you go.

With all due respect, the OP is asking for input, not complaining about a lack of sales. You're correct in asserting that it takes time, but it also takes sales, and you can't sell what you don't list. I believe the OP is asking for suggestions on what to list that will enhance their store, bring more traffic, and help them grow. I could be wrong, but that's how I read the original post.
I'm sorry you've had a less than satisfactory holiday season, but it hasn't been bad across the board for all sellers. The posts in this thread haven't been judgmental, nasty, or negative. So far, it's just been other sellers responding to the questions.
