Selling question - Buyer wants to cancel

Hi everyone! 

While I have been on ebay for a while, I am not a very seasoned seller so I am helping that you all can help me. I am selling off some of my collectibles, and had a lot of 2 listed as a Buy It Now. Someone purchased it today at 1:25pm, and then at 1:30pm, sent me a message that said "Sorry I won’t be able to buy this I came up short on money." 

Buyer has not initiated a cancellation, so I am not sure how to proceed with this.

Any suggestions?

On the order shipment page just click the drop down arrow next to the item, select cancel order and select buyer asked to cancel.

Cancel using "buyer requested" as the reason. you will be refunded the FVF

the message will serve a proof of a request by the buyer.
