Isn't it about time Ebay pull the plug on their antiquated feedback system? It just isn't being used, is not an indicator of quality buyer, and unfair weight on the occasional problem transaction for sellers.

This morning I have sent multiple offers to different watchers on different items. Now we can want review those offer and see the history of offers sent to buyers. Where can we see this history.
