Selling on ebay.de as local pick up only not in Germany

How do I set it up so that the item I have listed is for local pickup only to my country?

I have set it to "Only Pickup"

Set the location, it even states it correctly in the listing, BUT when searching, it will only show up if the searcher has Germany set for the shipping to. This doesnt help for actual local country searchers.

This is a US community discussion forum and most would not know since we are not located in Slovakia.  You may be better served by logging out of ebay.com and logging back into ebay.com/de for that info.

I thought this would have the same answers as if I was in Mexico. I will retry on de page but figured in English it would be better here.
