Hello, so this is my situation, I've started to sell on eBay, sold few products, received money on Authorize.net, they successfully SETTLED money and sent to my bank account, now there goes the problem, after 5 days I haven't received my money to my bank account, so I've contacted Authorize.net about this situation and they told me that they don't have anything with it, they send the money and they can't refund it or cancel it. Then they told me that EVO PAYMENTS held my money, so I need to contact them, so I did that and they told me that my account is canceled at EVO PAYMENTS and they can't do anything about it, but my money is held by EVO PAYMENTS and I can't do anything about it neither they as they told me like that, so I've contacted Authorize.net again and told them this BIG situation and they replied to me that only GLOBAL PAYMENTS can help me release those funds, so of course I've contacted them and told them this situation and they told me that they can't help me because I'm not registered at GLOBAL PAYMENTS and who ever told me that information that they can release my funds is wrong. I've got back again to authorize.net told them this big problem and once again they told me that they can't help blah blah, so what do I do now where the hack is my money, how to get my money back?

It sounds to me that when you set up your account you did not do all the things needed? You are located in Serbia and probably need to have the global payment account in place since there is a rate exchange that needs to take place.
I would call Authorize.net and ask them to walk you through all the processes to be able to use there services. We have used them for more than a dozen years and they have always been very easy to work with.

Authorize.net only processes the cards and sounds like the problem is with EVO Payments.
I've never heard of them, so I don't know anything about them.
If EVO Payments canceled your account, did they tell you why they canceled it?

EVO probably cancelled because the OP did not complete the registration for global payments since they are located in Serbia and accepting payments from around the world. So sometime between
- setting up Authorize.net
- partnering with the EVO platform and
- I feel sure reminders were sent to complete the registration
- and receiving these first payments
- EVO cancelled the account that was incomplete
- But the OP somehow missed the reminders and the cancellation announcement
- but still had the authorize.net account active on their listings
The payment processor is still processing payments but the transfer is lost because there is no forwarding account to sent it to.
I guess we need to know if the OP opened the account through Authorize.net or a parnter EVO that connected it to authorize.net for the processing portion. Whoever they opened the account with should be able to help them.

I'm using a Payoneer.com as a global payment account, so there is no exchange rate.
That company is not an authorized payment option on eBay.com, which is why your payment got processed through Authorize .net and why your transfer is lost in the system because you need to complete the registration process through this account in order to make it all work properly.
For transactions on ebay.com your global processor is not active.
Good Luck selling!
