Dear commuity, I would really appriaciate if you could assist me, since, eBay support is example of worst support ever.
I list item, wich was sold just after the listing, however, buyer does not transfers money. Moreover, eBay informed me via messaging that it was suspicios transaction and advise me not to send item (attached file pic_1). After couple of days I tried to cancell order and relist the item, however, each and every attempt of mine result is stupid notification "Sorry, something goes wrong" (pic_2). I also see this item as sold, even it is clearly stated that buyer does not registered any more (pic_3). Please assist me in relisting this item and cancall transaction.
Item ID is 113042193285
Thanks

Unfortunately, I think you're going to have to call PayPal to get this sorted out. Make sure when you do, you get them to understand *eBay* cancelled the transaction -- not you. Given that, your selling limit for the month should not be penalized and the amount of this "suspicious" transaction eBay cancelled should be also credited back to the monthly selling limit on your account.
Call eBay now (as in during regular/morning business hours in the US) and usually you'll be able to speak to a US customer service rep as opposed to an off-shore one who often is less able to comprehend/resolve unusual or complicated problems/issues. If the first person you talk isn't helpful, try asking for someone who deals with getting your monthly selling limit raised. Good luck!

What happens when you click "more actions" under the print shipping label.....? If there is a " cancel order" there? what happens when you click on it?
Apparently, from that notice, there is a place to cancel the order........

Have you tried to file the Unpaid Item Dispute rather than cancel?
If you file as unpaid you should be able to immediately close it without waiting the normal 4 days because the buyer is no longer registered. This will get your final value fee credit.

Tanks for the respons. First I tried exactly as you adviced Resolution center -> radiobutton "I sold item I have not received my payment yet", however I stuck, since eBay could lookup for item number, when I put item number manually, it identified it as invalid. Usually, service providers have some web form or other means to reach them if standard cases does not apply. Unfortunatelly, it is not valid for eBay - I didi not managed to find any other contact of them. The only way out is to call them.

Thanks for the reposnse.
I cannot proceed, since item number is invalid.

Sounds to me like not only has the buyer been removed from the site but also your item that he/she attempted to buy.
However, have you tried going to your Sold page, clicking on the item in question and then selecting "Sell SImilar?"

Have you checked your invoice to see whether you have already been credited with the final value fee since ebay removed the listing?

You can just create a new listing for the item.

Actually, the first thing I did, was relisting the item, however, since I want to sell it for 280$ and the fake buyer proposed 350$ (it was clear that buyer is fake, since nobody would offer 350 for the staff you are selling for 280$) 350$ + 280$ exceeds tha eBay onthly limit and I cannot list it again. Thant is why I tried to cancell order, but unsacessfully.

Yes, I have checked PayPal account there is not any credit transactions.

Sure, however, since the listing I would like to cancelled is considered by EBay as "Waitiing for payment", together with new listing it exceeds 500$ and I cannot list it. Maybe next month I would be able.

Hi. From looking at the screenshot you provided it looks to me like you have a "pending payment" for your item. If that is the case perhaps you must cancel the pending payment 1st before you cancel the transaction. In your paypal account pending payments will be at the very top.

Yes, you are right regarding the status, however on my PayPal are only complited payments.

That is really strange. I have never seen this before. I`m sorry I cant help. You may get stuck calling customer service if someone doesn`t come along that has had this issue. I have had similar issues but this has me stumped.
