Selling .... listing and relisting things

As a long time member who sells occasionally, more so lately, I have never had this problem until this last month when all the "new" ebay changes went into effect. Now, when I list an item for sale, I no longer have the option of checking the box that lets something be relisted for up to 8 times. According to the "information check", items are suppose to be relisted up to the eight times by default. However, all of my attempts in researching, messaging and several phone calls (different response every time) has not helped in rectifying this problem and everything I list self cancels in one week without automatically relisting. With a few hundred items I want to sell and a cap on the number of listing I can activate, this is putting me in a situation of choosing a very small number of items to sell and then needing to relist them manually every week. Is there any recourse to fixing this or am I wasting my time by trying to continue to sell on ebay and being restricted.

Look for the check box at the bottom of the "Selling details" section, just above the shipping terms section.

Unfortunately, that is the area that is no longer present, meaning that option is not given, something I always had the opportunity to check in the past and have used for the auto relist. Now, I am only given the option of a  1-3-7-10 (day) auction or a buy it now style listing, and there is no box to check for relisting, what use to be there has disappeared.  Now I have over 250 items in the unsold section that didn't relist automatically, and I also have 20 in the active section, but none of them will automatically relist (no box to check). With a 200 a month cap, I can not afford to pay for over 200 listings each and every week due to having lost the  8 week relist option that allowed me to control my listings. I talked with a "rep" every day for the  last two weeks and gotten nowhere, other then the usual "let me put you on hold" (several times) with each phone call taking an hour, and usually ending with "I will notify IT"  (it has been three weeks since this started)  What am I doing wrong, what am I missing, why have I lost the ability to check this box which was there a month ago, but in now gone.

I'm pretty sure ebay got rid of that option permanently. I'll tag an ebay employee to confirm.

It's still there, though apparently not for everyone.

⬆️ I had one like that till last year.

eBay took that option on my listing page without any notice.....

Now it is like this⬇️

I thought that option was only for new sellers, or those who hadn't sold in a long time?

@mjcj1980- The 8-9x automatic relist feature is only available for new/casual sellers. It will disappear once your sales volume increases.

You can solve the problem you described of a limited amount of listings by using the fixed price format instead of auctions. Almost all of your sold listings have only 1 bid. There's no need to use auctions when you're not generating bidding activity. I see only one sold listing- a sculpture- that was worth listing in the auction format.

Fixed price listings will automatically renew on the same date each month and will use up one insertion each time they renew. You can manually end them before that date if you want to.

I've been selling for over 10 years on this ID, most recent listing was in December. eBay truly works in mysterious ways.
