Selling limits increase problems

 I am seller on  eBay . I can list 20 items on eBay . I want to increase my listings . I request eBay to increase my selling limits but I received :"Unfortunately, you're not currently eligible for a selling limit increase." Please Increase my limits . So I continue my listings on eBay.

You are NOT Eligable.  You need to have more selling feedback.

Did eBay tell you what you have to acheive before they will even consider raising your limits?

25 Sales, a certain dollar amount in  a month and 100 % positive feedback.  Otherwise they  won't even consider it.
