I am a new seller on Ebay and I got my first negative feedback today because the buyer didn't take the time to look inside the box to verify she got the correct product. I packed it in another product box and wrapped the package in brown paper as the box was the perfect size for the product I was shipping to her. I have the message where I asked her to open the box and verify that the products were the correct ones she ordered and she admitted that she had opened the box and found the correct items. I have very few feedback and am very worried that this will impact my sales in the future. It dropped me from 100% to 87%. I asked her to please consider changing the feedback she left and she has not responded. I sent a message this morning to Ebay for business facebook page. Any advice on how to get this removed quickly? Thanks in advance!
I'm not sure that it can be removed, let alone quickly. You can always contact eBay and ask them to review the messages between you and the buyer. Good luck.
