My ebay account is 11 years old. I have purchased many items through ebay even my laptop in 2010. So I have 20 feedback up to now and there is a yellow star also. My question . Can I sell the items on ebay in this condition and what should I do ?
Thanks

If you're in compliance with the laws of your country (Sri Lanka) and all of the eBay requirements for receiving payments, I don't see any reason why you couldn't. Your first step should be to check what your government requires for you to sell items through a marketplace facilitator like eBay.

You have to set up a sellers account with managed payments - provide eBay with your SS# and a checking account to make deposits. Start small and sell insignificant items to learn the ropes. You will be a target for scammers otherwise.

You are in Sri Lanka.
You will need to be registered as a Business to be eligible to use Payoneer.
Good luck!

Why I can not sell items with existing ebay account ? If I set up a new seller account, is it linked old account details with new account ?

You could sell with the same account if your government allowed you to accept paypal payments, however they don't. You will need to wait until ebay invites you to Managed Payments, using Payoneer as the payment processor.

There's been no feedback received or left for others on your account for over a year. If and when you're allowed to start selling, eBay won't care that the account is 11 years old or that there are (only) 20 feedback comments. You'll be treated like a brand new seller, including any selling limits and/or holds on funds.
Have you, personally, been in control of this specific account since 2011? It just looks a little odd that there's been no feedback for such a long time, but now you want to start selling . . .
