Good Morning,
I am a UK Citizen with a UK ebay account and UK Paypal,
I've been living in Canada for quite a while now but this is the first time trying to sell my Item (A macbook) When setting up the listing I was asked to sign the international sellers agreement. Which I did.
I have a buyers telling me they are unable to complete the transaction on the item, It stating a difference between my paypal address being in the UK and my selling address being in Canada
Normally I would just setup a new account for Canada but I want to keep my rating, Should switching it over to a Canadian paypal fix this? why would it be stopping them from purchasing in the first place. Thanks!

Personally, it sounds to me like someone is trying to take advantage of a 'new' seller.
Unfortunately, there are real buyers that may well have that problem, then again, there are probably as many scams on ebay as there are ways to scam. It can be a mine field and one must tread carefully. Anything out of the ordinary consider a red flag. Come to these boards if you have a question.

It may be a matter that you will need to contact PayPal about, however, also be aware that you are trying to sell a scam magnet item and many will try to get your email address, saying to send them an invoice because of the 'problem', and then send you a fake PayPal notice that you have been paid and the money released just as soon as you upload tracking.
