How do you get selling increase? Last month I sold an item for 7200 and I tried to list another item but am told I’ve reached my selling limit and can only list 70 more items worth no more than 3500. When asking for increase it says I’ve not sold anything. I’ve got to wait a month which I’ve done? Anyone? Isn’t this how they make there money?

You can't and it will take quite a long time for you to get an increase selling items that expensive. I see you have 1 listing for $6000. You need to 'build' up to selling, sell MUCH cheaper things and show you can be relied on.
They do this so scammers don't come here, sell Three $10000 items and run.....

I do not see any sold items on this account.
EBay is nutz for allowing newbies list $6k items. Risky for the seller and buyer.

Your post contradicts itself. You say you sold an item for $7,200 last month but that does not appear in your sold listings on this account and as you noted when you asked for an increase "it says I’ve not sold anything". You are a new seller, listing high dollar items and you do not accept returns. You should be aware that you are a prime candidate for scammers. You should also be aware that if you do sell your current listing for $6,000.00 that eBay is probably going to hold your funds for up to 30 days.
You may also come under scrutiny from eBay and they may hold your funds and ask you for proof that you purchased this item. There seems to be an increased focus from eBay on curtailing the use of the site to traffic stolen merchandise.

Just wanted to caution you about selling "high value items" on EBAY. There are many scammers and EBAY will NOT protect if you get scammed. Also, be aware that anyone can "reverse credit card payment" AFTER they receive your item (keep both your money and your item).

When a seller desires to increase their selling limits, they are allowed to request an increase once every 30 days. Mark your calendar and every 30 days request an increase until you have your selling limit well above anything you think you will ever need. Below is a link to where you can go to ask for a selling limit increase. It is the third option in the link below.

@Anonymous
You have to build a selling rep to get an increase. New sellers are only allowed to sell so much at first. Funds can be held for up to 30 days. This is not a sell & dash venue. eBay protects their buyers to the full extent.
To be honest with you, I would NEVER sell any thing of this value on eBay or any other internet site. Take it to a pawn shop or a jewelry shop that buys jewelry and get cash in hand. New sellers who start off selling high end items are under eBay's radar. Don't be surprised if they ask you for receipts for this item. It doesn't matter if it's pre-owned or not. That's how a lot of sellers who sell stolen merchandise think they can get around it. But they don't. Lots of stolen merchandise on this site, especially in your area where port and train robberies run rampant. As others have replied, you are taking a BIG risk by selling that beautiful watch here. Never sell anything you can't afford to lose. Be careful.
Good luck to you
PS Your pictures are a bit blurry. I would work on making them more clear to view.

Hi @Anonymous
First, you have to establish a successful selling history in order for limits to be raised. And that may be difficult without the correct details in one’s listings.
You may want to redo your keywords in the listing. The artisan is Amado Maurilio Pena jr (not Armando). He was the guest designer. But the brand name of the watch manufacturer is Surrisi. While some of their timepieces had Swiss movements, Surrisi was/is a USA-based company (watch not made in Switzerland) and assembled all their watches here.

Frankly, am dazzled that eBay allowed you that sale of such a valuable item.
There are many, many experienced eBay sellers who would never even consider selling such a high priced thing.
