Hello.. i am from Tunisia and i sell on ebay as part time seller.

I am Willing ro visit US as a tourist..

I am wondering if i can use my account to sell from US with No work permit.

May be i will be there for more than two months. And wondering if i buy something for good price can i list it and sell it while i am in US ?

When you enter the US on a tourist visa you are not allowed to work. Doing so is a crime and you can be banned from visiting the US for 5 years or more. I would suggest you save your money now so you can enjoy your visit when you get here.

Yes i am aware of that, what i am trying to say is that i don't want to WORK in US.

Just making some extra cash (maybe NOT) while i am there.. Just listing some items on my EBAY store and maybe selling.

Did this affect my EBAY account ?

Is this forbiddenby EBAY ?

You are looking to generate US sourced income for yourself while in the US. Self employed is still working. Legally, your post in and of itself is enough for you to be denied entry to the US as it shows intent to 'work' while you are here.

On top of the other things mentioned in the responses, selling in the US requires a bank account and social security number for managed payments and IRS regulations.

We are not allowed to do drop shipping...meaning you living in Tunisia cannot be selling items in the USA while you are still in Tunisia. You need to physically have the items.

And if you were in the USA using your account to sell items in the USA...it wouldn't work. How would buyers be able to return something back to you...your address is in Tunisia as your ID of eBay.
