Selling from UAE

I am willing to open my store and sell on eBay so I would like to get some help for my questions 

1) can I sell my products in www.ebay.com or www.ebay.us ( which one will be better for me) even if I live in Middle East 

2) how will I be able to get my money from the buyers , what about the shipping fees and the taxes

I am still asking I don’t have an account yet plus eBay doesn’t have a link of a website for UAE  that’s why I am asking for help and how can I sell on eBay
