Selling from Puerto Rico

With the new sellers hub im not able to sell from Puerto Rico because I dont have a bank account from the states, but Puerto Rico is part of the USA.  What do I have to do to be able to sell from Puerto Rico, everything was working fine untill ebay started to take controll of the money.

I have talk to ebay so many times and every time they say the same give us one week and you should be good.  We'll I just gave up but recently I when to try and sell something to see if the same message came out and so far so good. I may need to sell something to see if they hold the payment like before but so far everything seems to be in order.

Yes I already did, they will tell you that they have to verify your address, they will ask you for a driver's license and a statement of the account.

According to the latest information we have, you need to make sure that your registered address is shown like this screenshot below. Another seller from Puerto Rico has confirmed that he was able to register this way.

Also the name and address on your bank account has to exactly match the name and address on your eBay account, and also the account types have to match: either both personal or both business accounts. Your registered address has to be a physical address, a street address, not a PO box. This is a USA requirement, so it would also apply for Puerto Rico.

If it helps anyone else, my situation unfortunately wasnt solved by changing the address to match my bank accounts address, or by changing the state to Puerto Rico or anything in that regards. 

One month later I spoke to two helpful agents from eBay which found that the bank information was simply not going through to the eBay's system (mind you I tried 3 different banks), so it technically wasnt even going through to verification as it would automatically be declined. It got escalated to the coding department, and they responded with that if the ebay account is from Puerto Rico, the bank account associated with it (even if its from the USA) wasnt going to be considered on eBay managed payments system and therefore was going to be declined automatically. They acknowledged this to be a programing error that needed fixing.

They changed something in the code and as promised to me two days ago, my account was accepted on the managed payments side as of today! The helpful agent, Bryan, advised that all puertorican ebay accounts have been updated so that this doesnt happen again.

Definitely hope this is the case. Was without selling for a whole month!
