eBAY in India is non existant.
It has been bought by Flipkart.com, and ebay.in does not work anymore. Flipkart have different plans for it and is planning to convert it to a domestic marketplace for second hand goods like olx.
But I am trying to list an item after 4 years and still get this wierd message.
Everytime I click on the link provided, It redirects to ould ebay.in login page and forces me to upload my ID Documents and forms, which I have also done.
I have submitted the required documents and GST number through the link provided. but have received no response.
My account is created in 2013 and already verified.I already have 57 feedback points.
Still I get this error message.
I have no idea how I can contact anyone from ebay. The Customer care number does not work anymore. There is no customer care chat or email service.
I want to sell on ebay.com
Can any one help or can provide a contact number for ebay executives in India?
If they exist at all.
Or any other solution that can allow me to list from India on ebay.com

It could be a cookie that is redirecting you to the India site so try deleting your history and cache.

I have cleared my history and cookies also many times.
The attached image shows what message pops up everytime I press List Item Button after completing a listing.

It is Government of India which is causing problems, not ebay.

Since ebay sold out to Flipart, I don't think you can contact ebay in India anymore.
Ebay is in transition.

There maybe some helpful information here, scroll down to this link on facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/ebaydotin
"Flipkart will shut down the eBay India operations on August 14 2018 while shifting the products to its new platform."
"In the meantime, eBay also announced that it planning to re-enter the Indian market while starting operations from scratch."
"As a registered member on ebay, Effective 1st July 2017, our roles as sellers on ebay, come to an end as it would not be possible to lsit an item for sale on ebay without a valid Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (“GSTIN”)."
New sellers on eBay India will now need to register their GSTIN before they can start selling."
Maybe you have to start over?
