I've had a seller account set up for probably almost a year. I sold a couple of things, not much. Recently, eBay conditioned my new postings with a billing agreement where I had to set up a preferred payment method. Having set that up, I am curious to know why it hasn't asked for that from the beginning and only did so after so long.
Is this a new regulation? Or is there a threshold at which they ask you to set up a payment method (say if you sell over x amount)?
