Selling an article first time

My offer to sell an article in Germany on eBay is subsequently refused by eBay and I don't find out the reason why. The standard reply does not provide information. Reference is made to:

Unter dem Link wird Bezug genommen auf die Vorschriften hinsichtlich Verpackung und hinsichtlich Elektroartikel. Mein Artikel soll aber abgeholt werden (also keine Verpackung) und ist nicht im Elektro- oder Elektronikbereich.

Has any body an advise, how I can find out the reason why my offer is refused?

The message eBay sent you when the listing was taken down will tell you. 
My guess, the item you listed was prohibited. 
No one in this community can give you that information because no one here works for eBay. We are eBay members like you.
