Selling account restricted

Hi all,

I need little assistance from experience persons here,my account seller was restricted last December 2024 ,ebay took action on INR and BBE performance,I cancelled few orders cause of remote area shipping addresses,and my bad,I selected 2 days UPS delivery time for US , Although ups takes 4 to 6 days for delivery from my location,I selected this time frame since a long ago ,but ebay policy changed last year in July 2024 for late shipping,And that caused very high INR rate and got restrictions.

Now my account performance says compliant in bbe and there's no transactions to evaluate in INR ,but my account is not getting restored or reinstated yet .

I have talked Cs several weeks ago,but it seems they have very limited knowledge on these, something they sated it will be restore after few evaluations.

Once you are restricted for BBE, you are done.

Read the email sent by eBay. There is no reinstated.

No 2nd chance. Done.

Sellers cannot pick the delivery timeframe (number of days until delivery) , they can only pick handling timeframe  (number of days until the tracking is uploaded to eBay and the carrier scans it). 

If you got restricted for a high INR rate, IMHO you had bigger problems than just the shipping timeframe that you picked.

I think this means that he chose a shipping method for which eBay gives an unrealistic expected delivery date, so he got those INR's even though he had shipped the item, because the shipping took a lot longer than eBay had said it would.

when your account was in jeopardy, before December, you received an eBay message that you were going to be restricted unless you cleaned up the issues.

You didnt clean stuff up in time and in December you had all listings pulled and were restricted.

There is no coming back to sell on eBay for you.

It doesnt matter how you want to spin the issues or message/email or not, you are restricted forever from selling.

@luckythewinner yes,i am agreed ,i made mistake and selected delivery time 2 days Ups ,Although i ship from overseas to U.S and ups delivery takes 5 to 6 days,Although this was selected in my shipping profile since a long time ago more than 10 years ,but ebay new policy issued in july 2024 when they evaluated inr rate and definitely all my orders falls in inr high rate,and caught,i was totally unaware about new policy,Although my processing time was accurate and i always ship within my processing time frame selected in my listing and profile but delivery got delayed since i selected ups 2 days,that caused "Action Taken" on INR rate,and restricted for sellings.

One customer service guy told me you will get reinstated in future,and since your INR score was high ,another team restricted your selling privileges.i didn't receive any ebay message on that day 13th December 24 when my listings ended by ebay and restricted, on 11th December 2024 just 2 days before some limitation were applied on my account  and ebay limited my numbers of listings by ending a few listings,but on 13th December 2024 ,all listings were ended and account got restricted.

@klhmdg you may be right to say ,but read below ebay Cs last response 

"

Due to the recent performance of your Bad Buying Experience (BBE) rate, a temporary restriction has been placed on your account. This restriction is meant to serve as an opportunity for improvement and to ensure that the cross-border transactions from your account meet the necessary standards. For BBE, we count number of instances on the account which may impact the customer experience on site. It includes but not limited to the number of INR/SNAD/Return cases raised, number of transactions cancelled due to out of stock/issuing refund, negative feedback score, low Detailed Seller ratings and so on."

Your advise is valuable although,but it's not the case for permanent suspension.

You are in Pakistan and like other foreign sellers have BBE requirements.

You can disagree all you want that its not a case for permanent suspension, BUT eBay disagrees.

You were given time to improve and it doesnt appear eBay thinks you improved enough.

It doesnt matter what CS told you. They are known to agree with people to get them off the phones.

eBay has chosen to permanently suspend you and it is their option to do this. It doesnt matter if you agree or not.
