Selling Manager

As usualy, you never know when ebay changes something unannounced, or at least I didn't see where it was changed.  But does anyone know where the direct link to Selling Manager is now?  It used to be under "Account", and then "Subscriptions", but now when I click that, it says "You don't have any subscriptions, open a store, etc".  Is Selling Manager discontinued?

Re: Selling Manager

I use Selling Manager and I'm seeing the same thing if I view the Subscriptions section on My Account.

@wilterneast

Have you true dlooking under "My eBay/Activity?"   It still is there for me (and better be since I prefer it over the [newish] Seller Hub.   See below:

Re: Selling Manager

Thank you so much!  Yes, it does work that way, not the old way I used to get to it.  Yes, I also HATE the new seller hub, so am so glad selling manager is still there also.  It does come up doing it the way you said to get there.

@tiramisu41

Go into your Account section and click on your Subscriptions. See what you come up with. When I check Subscriptions all I get is a page about Subscribing to a Store. Before you could see your Subscription to Selling Manager in there but now it seems to be gone.

I can get straight to Selling Manager by just clicking on My Ebay as I set that up to go straight to Selling Manager.

Does make me wonder how long it will be before they dump us back into Seller Hub again.

@readabouthorses

This is what I see when I go into "Subscriptions" from my Account tab.  It's no different than it ever has been.  I could never get to the basic Selling Manager from there...

But yes, I also worry at some point they will "retire" SM and force people to use the Seller Hub.  I tried it for a couple of weeks and I didn't like it which is why I continue to use SM.  But, maybe what they have up their sleeve to force people to SH, is to make people who wish to continue to use SM to pay extra for it.  Wouldn't surprise me one bit given how things usually work around here...

Re: Selling Manager

All I see when I choose the Subscriptions link from Account is a page that tells me I don't have a Store and I need to sign up for a Store. And yes, I don't have a Store. It tells me to sign up for a Store and then I can also get Add-Ons. Maybe they are now calling Selling Manager an add-on and it doesn't show up under my Subscriptions because I don't have a Store?

I guess your page is different because you have a Store.

I dunno, @readabouthorses.

Here's the FAQ about Selling Manager/SM Pro from the eBay Help Center.  It doesn't say a thing about SM only being available to store owners:  https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling-tools/selling-manager-selling-manager-pro?id=4098

Beats me!
