Re: Selling Limits

Because you are an absolute rookie -- no feedback whatsoever.

On eBay you have to have proved that you're dependable.

And that will only come with time and even some purchases.

https://ocsnext.ebay.ie/ocs/sr

You have one listing for € 60

Qty 4 = 240 €

As a new seller, you have selling limits

These limits are twofold qty/€

And they are "whatever comes first"

So, if you have a 10 item/300 Euro limit, you can list up to 10 items with a combined value of 300 Euro or less.

Since you are in Ireland ... I suggest that you ask your questions on the .ie boards ... they will better suited to answer your questions that us folk here in the US.

Re: Selling Limits

Unless you are registered as a business with Ebay, your not gonna get higher selling limits anytime soon. Now look at my new account for instance. Only 1 feedback but 248 items listed for sale. Now this is actually my 2nd account, and my main account has thousands of feedback.

And yet, almost weekly we see posts by absolute rookies that got scammed out of $1500 electronics items... go figure.

Chaos is NOT an "industry standard".
